Create Classes (Interface)

Class Creator’s user interface is designed to show as much information as possible, without being overwhelming.

Administrators and Team Leaders have access to create new classes, teachers do not.

Students are listed in alphabetical order in their new classes.

To change Year/Grade Levels simply click on the tabs up the top (Kinder, Grade 1, Grade 2, etc.).

By clicking on any icons next to a student's name you can see all relevant information.

There is also a KEY tab on the right-hand side of the screen.

Additional features can be found under the TOOLS dropdown menu.

Year Level View is the default display. It shows an entire year level.

As classes are edited using our Drag & Drop editing, the top summary updates in real-time.

Place your cursor over any of the color-coded icons in the summary and their definitions will appear.

By selecting Class View you are able to see all classes individually, including notes and tags.

The default view is Gender, and students are Blue(Male) & Pink(Female), but you can change that by clicking on any of the headers (Students, Gender, Behaviour, etc.).
