Try these four steps and if they don't work please contact us.

1. Ask the teacher to please check their SPAM folder.

2. Ask the teacher to check their Trash Can in case they accidentally deleted the email.

3. Check that the teacher's email address is correct on the Manage Teachers page.

4. If everything is correct, try resetting the teachers password as an email should be sent to them automatically.
