If you are ready to start, the first thing you will need to do is archive last year's students and their data - this will save it for historical use. We have a video below that shows the process:
You will need to import all of this year's students with their current year level and class (ensuring their ID matched the one they were imported with last year so it can match them to their historical data).
You will also need to update any teachers (remove teachers who have left, add new teachers, ensure their grades are correct).
Once this is done, you will need to configure the surveys before getting teachers to complete the surveys for their current class. The surveys are completed each year, as you know, students are always changing so the data is entered each year.
The process, which can be seen on Class Creator dashboard will then be the same as what you would have done last year where you will need to configure classes, assign teachers then create classes.
