If your school has requested Class Creator not to archive your current students after the completion of the class placement season, you must manually archive your students on the students page before you can import your students to start creating classes for the coming school year.

Please ensure all students have an ID, without an ID, data cannot be stored.

You will need to import all of this year's students with their current year level and class (ensuring their ID matched the one they were imported with last year so it can match them to their historical data).

You will also need to update any teachers (remove teachers who have left, add new teachers, ensure their grades are correct).

Once this is done, you will need to configure the surveys before getting teachers to complete the surveys for their current class. The surveys are completed each year, as you know, students are always changing so the data is entered each year. 

The process, which can be seen on Class Creator dashboard will then be the same as what you would have done last year where you will need to configure classes, assign teachers then create classes.
