Schools that use Sentral as their School Management System (SIS)  have full control over when the data sync occurs.  At the click of a button, the Sentral Sync button gives admins greater flexibility and accuracy when managing student and teacher enrolment data.

IMPORTANT CHANGES:

* As of October 2025, there is no longer an automatic overnight sync between Sentral and Class Creator.

* Simply click on the "Sentral Sync" button when you would like to sync the two systems together to bring in new students or teachers via the Students or Teachers menu tab. Navigate to the Students or Teachers tab and click on the "Sentral Sync" button as shown below:

* Class Creator will cross check Student IDs with Sentral. If a Student ID is not in Class Creator, it will import the Student into Class Creator.

* Any students "removed" from the Sentral System that had previously synced into Class Creator, will be moved to the "Leaving" year level in Class Creator.

* It is a 'one-way' sync. i.e. any changes made in Class Creator are only made in Class Creator and will not be reflected in Sentral.
