Teachers will be alerted in the survey if a student had previously had a separation or pairing, by clicking on this alert (the H icon) then they can decide if it is still relevant and enter it again if so.

The reason we have done it this way is that there are many reasons why a separation or pairing may no longer be relevant (eg. twins may be paired in their early years at school but not necessarily later on).

Also, as a school uses Class Creator for 2, 3 or more years, the number of separations and pairings against a student can accumulate to a point where it is no longer mathematically possible to meet them all and therefore educators need to decide which ones need to take priority.
